"Montana 20"
Soon I will proudly own 20 acres of Custer County Montana Land.
In the Spring of 2025 we will be creating a tiny dry 17' x 20' cabin
& will be perched on our own mountain sitting at 3200' elevation.
The view is absolutely breathtaking & it is surrounded by
Montana public hunting land.
Tiny & Dry
My goal is to keep it small because its easy to build, maintain & heat.
No indoor plumbing
& perched high on posts
so we can get a good view of the land.
Electricity & Heat
The tiny post and beam cabin will have electricity, wood fireplace
& a secondary electric furnace with A/C.
There will be an outdoor privy
with an off grid shower!
